Join us at our scenic marina on Bayou Bienvenue, just minutes from the French Quarter, where we'll take you on a 1 hour nature tour explaining the local seafood culture and mechanics of the trade in Southeast Louisiana.
Then, a master chef will guide you through the authentic techniques of boiling shrimp, crawfish, crabs, and more, sharing the stories and spices that define this beloved tradition. After mastering the art, comes the best part: gathering around the table, rolling up your sleeves, and diving into a feast piled high with perfectly seasoned seafood, corn, potatoes, and all the fixings.
